Our apartment homes are rich with custom features, and the leasing office provides additional supportive programs to ensure the highest level of resident comfort, convenience, and access to a host of support services that will nurture the entire family unit.
Fees
There is a non-refundable Application Fee of $50 individual & $75 for married couples. Champions Forest LLC uses SafeRent for applicant screening which treats all applicants objectively. Your information is compared to the rental performance of other applicants with similar profiles which predicts how likely it is that you will fulfill your lease obligations. Your application can be accepted, declined or accepted on the condition that an additional security deposit is paid.
Application Process & Screening
Champions Forest LLC communities conducts background checks on any applicant 17+ years old & reserves the right to reject the application of any individual whose tenancy would constitute a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals or whose tenancy would result in substantial physical damage to the property of others. Falsification of any information provided on the application will automatically deny your right to residency.
Deposits are based on rental background history. Higher risk applicants may get at a higher deposit rate.
